Here is a little about the team behind the neon vests:
Leo’s “mission-first” mentality didn’t start in the pavement maintenance industry—it began right out of high school in the U.S. Army. Serving as a wheeled vehicle mechanic during a tour in Iraq and on a Narco-Terrorism mission along our nation’s border, Leo learned firsthand that discipline isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a requirement. Following his military service, Leo spent over a decade in municipal Public Works, wearing every hat in the book. He isn’t an owner who sits safely behind a desk. Leo is a hands-on leader who is out on-site with his crew, ensuring that every line we paint and every crack we seal meets the highest standards of precision.
With a diverse background spanning grocery department management, special education, and real estate as a licensed Texas Realtor, she bridges the gap between technical expertise and a seamless client experience. From the first estimate to the final project hand-off, she ensures our clients never have to wonder about timelines or quality. Her daily goal is simple: to be the reason “pavement maintenance” and “stress-free” can finally be used in the same sentence.
EverLine is a true family affair, and we happily thrive in a state of organized chaos! When we aren’t working, we are busy keeping up with our two teenagers: our daughter, who splits her time between soccer and perfecting her mac-and-cheese recipe; and our son, a dirt-bike enthusiast who lives for football season and serves as the family’s human calculator. Our team is rounded out by our “Remote Office Support” crew—a wise, silver-muzzled Golden Retriever, a spirited Goldendoodle, two dapper cats, and a small flock of shop chickens!
When we aren’t working, you’ll likely find us enjoying Canyon Lake, having campfires, or exploring the San Antonio bike trails. We love this city, and we are proud to work every day to keep its pavement as beautiful as its parks.
Thank you!

The lifespan of either option depends on traffic and site conditions, but TBL Durables is engineered to maintain visibility, durability, and compliance in commercial parking environments.
