With multiple departments involved, clear communication guided the project from start to finish. After each phase was completed, lead operations personnel walked the areas with the client to review the work together and confirm expectations were met. Most project phases were completed within two to three days, while the homecoming portion required multiple crews working over three to four days to meet event deadlines.
