Before our involvement, the outdoor court at Duquesne University was in a state of disrepair. The court was dirty, faded, and riddled with cracks and holes. It was crucial for the university to address these issues promptly to ensure a safe and enjoyable recreational space for their students and faculty. Additionally, the court needed resurfacing, color texture application, and new lines for basketball, pickle-ball, and deck hockey. All of this had to be completed before the end of June 2023, presenting a tight deadline.

Transforming the Space With Sports Court Resurfacing and More
We tackled this project head-on, providing comprehensive services to address all of Duquesne University’s challenges. Our exceptional team completely transformed and refurbished the recreational sports court, ensuring it met the highest standards of quality and safety.
To begin, we meticulously cleaned up the court, removing debris and preparing the surface for repairs. Our experienced technicians then pressure washed the entire court, eliminating dirt and grime. Next, we carefully cleaned out and filled all the cracks, ensuring a smooth and even surface. We took extra measures to reinforce the repairs by using fiberglass fabric, a high-quality material that adds strength and durability to the court.
Once the repairs were completed, we applied a resurfacing coat and color texture, giving the court a fresh and vibrant look. To create distinct playing areas, we painted new lines for basketball, deck hockey, and pickle-ball, providing clear boundaries and enhancing the functionality of the court.
