Restoring High Traffic Asphalt at an ABInBev Distribution Facility in Kingston, MA
Protect high traffic asphalt in Kingston, MA with crack filling, sealcoating, and striping that improves safety without disrupting operations.
As pavement ages and lines lose their clarity, it leaves an impression on every driver and visitor who pulls in. At the L. Knife & Son distribution center in Kingston, MA, the facility team began looking for ways to protect their asphalt before surface wear turned into larger structural issues.
Equally important was finding a solution that could be completed without disrupting daily distribution operations. Clear planning, reliable communication, and work performed within approved time windows were essential to the success of this project.

Identifying Pavement Wear and Safety Risks in High Traffic Areas
The asphalt at the distribution center was showing visible signs of age, including surface oxidation, cracking, and faded pavement markings. As deterioration progressed, water began penetrating the pavement structure and causing long-term damage. Worn striping also reduced visibility, creating safety concerns in areas shared by employees and delivery trucks. With an established relationship already in place, the facility manager trusted EverLine Coatings to address these issues efficiently, thoroughly, and at a fair price.
Services Performed to Restore and Protect the Asphalt
EverLine Coatings completed a combination of asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, and parking lot striping across approximately 105,000 square feet. The scope included filling roughly 3,000 linear feet of cracks, restriping the parking lot, and blacking out 28 faded truck stalls before restriping them at 10 feet wide intervals. Together, these services restored surface protection and enhanced safety.
A Well-Coordinated Process Built Around Operations
From the initial site review through final completion, clear communication guided the project at every stage. The scope and sequencing were outlined upfront based on pavement conditions, helping ensure the most important issues were handled first.
All work was scheduled during approved Saturday daytime hours and completed over two Saturdays. Updates were shared throughout each workday so the client always knew what had been completed, what was coming next, and when areas would be ready for use, all without disrupting normal operations.
Results That Delivered Protection and Peace of Mind
Once complete, the sealed surface reduced water intrusion risk, repaired active cracks, and significantly improved pavement markings. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the clear communication, professionalism of the crew, and the ability to complete the project within the planned two-Saturday timeline.
