Graff Auto Campus had recently come under new ownership and was looking for a single, local contractor to service all of its dealerships in 2026. Being local mattered to the client, and the timing lined up when the team met EverLine Coatings and Services of Northwest Indiana through the Valpo Chamber of Commerce earlier this year.

Coordinating Around Vehicle Inventory, Business Hours, and Weather Across Nine Weeks
EverLine Coatings and Services of Northwest Indiana started at the standalone dealership in Michigan City before moving on to the multi-dealership campus in Burns Harbor. Because each dealership needed its inventory moved around during the work, the project was completed in sections, a coordination effort that took real work from both the EverLine and Graff teams. Weather delays came up repeatedly over the course of the project, and certain high-traffic areas, like entrances and the service department, could only be done in short windows after hours on Saturday or at close of business on Sunday. Throughout the project, a member of the EverLine team spoke with a Graff team member every day to review that day’s plan and what was coming up next. In total, the project spanned 9 weeks.

Across all 5 locations, Graff Auto Campus now has freshly filled, sealcoated, and striped parking lots, completed despite the added complexity of moving inventory and working around weather and business hours at each site.
