As a U.S. Navy Submarine veteran, Kaleb acquired skills and traits that he found to be synonymous with EverLine’s CORE Quality System®, ensuring that the goals of both the customer and of the EverLine team are met. After his time on Submarines, Kaleb transitioned to serving as a U.S. Navy boot camp drill instructor. During that time, Kaleb built and led numerous teams of strangers into fine-tuned sailors. While also providing coaching and mentoring so that his teams could achieve their goals, in both their professional and personal lives. With the EverLine Chicago North Shore team, Kaleb is driven to share EverLine’s values and expertise with his community and clients.
In addition to his professional goals, Kaleb values time with his friends and family. Whether it be watching sports games, visiting national landmarks, or just being present with company. Originally from Seattle, he is an avid sports fan who loves outdoor activities like skiing and biking. Settling in Lake Bluff in 2020, he has fully embraced the Midwest way of life and the treasures and people that it represents.
