A former U.S. Army Captain, Matt developed his skills in leading teams and managing operations in high-pressure environments. Following his military service, Matt earned an MBA from the University of Virginia and then built a successful career in sales and business development where he forged strong client relationships while delivering personalized solutions for his customers.
