Oldcastle Infrastructure, a leading industrial manufacturing company in Nampa, ID, needed to revamp both their exterior lot and interior cement manufacturing facility. The task involved striping the exterior lot for parking stalls, hatching, and safety walkways, as well as creating dedicated lanes for truck traffic. Inside the facility, safety striping was necessary to ensure operational efficiency. The client desired the work to be completed after 4 PM across two consecutive nights when the site was vacant.

Creating Parking Lot Striping & Warehouse Safety Markings During the Nightshift
On night one, the project commenced with the exterior lot striping, representing the more complex part of the job. This phase involved striping approximately 12,000 linear feet of lines, including lengthy segments of up to 435 feet. Key elements incorporated within the striping included safety hatching, directional arrows, ADA spaces, and designated truck load zones.
Transitioning to the interior of the manufacturing facility on the second night, our team meticulously marked around 2,600 linear feet of safety lines. These lines, nearly 4 feet wide, played a crucial role in aiding crane operators to maintain the center line within the facility.
