This Marietta office center needed a full parking lot refresh. Portions of the pavement had reached the end of their service life, with widespread cracking, potholes, and damaged asphalt. A mix of milling, paving, sealcoating, and restriping was needed to restore safety and appearance.

Complete Asphalt Restoration Completed in Four Days
This was our largest project to date and was completed in four days. The scope included:
- Milling 2.5 inches of asphalt — 29,817 sq. ft.
- Installing new asphalt — 1″ binder (19mm) + 1.5″ surface course (9.5mm)
- Sealcoating 63,486 sq. ft. (coal tar, silica sand, latex additive)
- Crack filling 7,000 linear ft
- Cut & replace repairs — 1,000 sq. ft.
- Parking lot striping
Crews worked from morning through late evening to complete the project on schedule.
