Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, with two locations in North Port and Sarasota, Florida, relied on EverLine Coatings – Florida SW to revitalize their parking lots. Before our team intervened, both locations encountered several pivotal issues. The parking lots had deteriorated, with faded safety markings that conveyed an unappealing image. Specific concerns included potholes at the North Port location and cracking at the Sarasota site. Additionally, the North Port location needed to extend a parking spot to accommodate van accessibility.

Restaurant Parking Lots Transformed with Line Striping, Asphalt Repair, and More!
EverLine Coatings completely transformed Applebee’s parking lots, starting with the essentials to ensure a smooth and durable surface. They began by tackling the Asphalt Crack Filling to stop small cracks from turning into bigger problems, followed by Asphalt Pothole Repairs to fix existing damage. Once the surface was restored, they applied a protective layer of Asphalt Sealcoating to shield it from harsh weather and UV rays. With the parking lot repairs complete, they moved on to Parking Lot Striping, creating fresh, clear lines to improve organization and safety. Below are specific project details for each location:
North Port Location
- Repainted all traffic markings (3,300LF)
- Added 3 parking spots in red for curbside pick up and 1 purple line for US Veterans Reserved Parking
- Extended ADA Van Accessible parking spot to 12′, along with 12 asphalt repairs
- Sealcoated 33,500 sq ft
Sarasota Location
- Repainted all traffic markings (7,638LF)
- Added 3 parking spots in red for curbside pick up and 1 purple line for US Veterans Reserved Parking
- Extended ADA Van Accessible parking spot to 12′, along with 4,000 LF crack filling
- Sealcoated 25,000 sq ft
