- Asphalt Root Removal and Repair: Dug out the damaged asphalt, removed tree roots, leveled the area, and installed hot mix asphalt using our 4-ton KM hotbox for a seamless, level finish.
- Concrete Sidewalk Replacement: Removed the damaged sections, laid gravel for stability, and installed rebar with wood framing. Fresh concrete was poured, vibrated, and finished with a professional broom and trowel technique.
- Infrared Asphalt Repairs: Performed 20 infrared repairs throughout the parking lot to address potholes and uneven surfaces.
- Asphalt Crack Filling: Sealed approximately 600 linear feet of cracks to prevent further damage and extend the lifespan of the pavement.
