Parking Area Challenges Solved with Line Striping, Asphalt Repair, Sealcoating, & More!

To solve BCD’s parking area challenges, we provided a range of services tailored to their specific needs:

Parking Lot Line Striping: Our team repainted all the parking stall lines, ADA compliant stencils, hatching, crosswalks, line lanes, and stop bars.
Custom Stenciling: In addition to the standard markings, we incorporated custom “BCD Bulldog” stencils along the sidewalk, adding a touch of school spirit to the parking areas.
Crack Filling: Over 2,000 linear feet of cracks were filled using a direct fire rubber tar compound. This essential step helps to prevent further deterioration and extends the lifespan of the parking areas.
Infrared Asphalt Repair: We used our advanced infrared heat asphalt repair system to repair approximately 20 areas of damaged asphalt. Any pot holes that were identified during the project were repaired, ensuring a smooth and safe surface for students, faculty, and parents.
Asphalt Sealcoating: We applied two coats of SealMaster PMM sealcoat across over 40,000 square feet of asphalt surface. This not only protects the asphalt from the elements but also gives the parking areas a fresh and vibrant appearance.
