Parking Lot Repair for Bennett Commercial Real Estate in Northwest Arkansas

The size and asymmetry of the potholes in Bennett’s parking lot meant that we couldn’t use our signature infrared asphalt pothole repair technique. Therefore, we went deeper, cutting out the old asphalt and digging out the spoils with a mini excavator. We hauled away the spoils with a dump trailer and then filled in the cut-out areas with new hot-mix asphalt. The total area of the cut-out regions was approximately 550 square feet, split between six pothole sites.

In addition to pothole repairs, we also installed 31 wheel stop parking blocks. We also pressure-washed the area and then repainted parking stall lines. The end result was a parking lot that looked much neater and better maintained.
