I recently commissioned the painting of a pedestrian walkway along one of the private streets within our bare land condominium community. The crew contacted me prior to doing the work with some questions, and they shared photos with suggested options. We agreed upon some changes to the original plan. Everline was just excellent to work with. I had new lines and 4 new handicap spaces painted into the 4 visitor parking lots at our Condo. Eli was professional and quick. The outside parking lots and walkways, look new and our residents are very happy. 2 days later we had them clean our very large underground parking lot. This large coordination is an actual feat. Everline, was prompt, professional and did an amazing clean up! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.read more

I own a condo unit and our building often needs to get the lines repainted in our visitor lot, and our underground parking cleaned & repainted. I really like EverLine's durables product. It dries fast, doesn't spread like some others, and has a long life expectancy. Line painting is needed much less frequently which can save condo boards money long-term. Plus, these guys are real pros. They sweep, fill cracks, etc, whatever you need to get things ready for paint. Friendly, fast service. Will continue to recommend them! Calling them is a no-brainer.read more

Last summer, John gave my condo board association a free quote for our parking lot and made time in his schedule to send out a crew to us three days later, which is a pretty solid response time, in my view. In spite of all the usual Calgary weather over the past couple of months, the paint job is still going strong and will likely last us for another year. Prices were fair and the workers were accommodating. Would recommend them to others.read more
