This proprietary process heats the repair area so that it can be reworked, rejuvenated, and compacted, creating a smooth, seamless repair.

Our process recycles your existing asphalt, which is a greener alternative compared to other traditional repair methods that merely fill asphalt imperfections with a temporary fix. This also saves our clients money in the process.

When you choose EverLine Coatings Ontario East for pothole repair and other asphalt mending services, we use our infrared technology to gradually raise the temperature of your asphalt—being careful not to overheat it—until the temperature climbs to somewhere between 300 and 350° Fahrenheit.

This heats and softens the entire surface layer for reworking so we can smooth the existing asphalt and incorporate fresh mix to bring the grade to the right height. To ensure this repair lasts, the patch is compacted to form a watertight seal, so no water will get through the seam.
