Glen House Resort’s check‑in office sits at the gateway to one of Ontario’s most scenic drives, but its aging asphalt parking area was starting to show its years. Cracks, potholes, and uneven surfaces risked diminishing the first impression for visitors arriving at the resort. What We Did: Precision Dig‑Up, Milling, and Repave
Over the course of the project, our crew:
- Excavated and removed the existing asphalt across 7,000 sq ft of parking surface
- Milled and repaved low‑spots to ensure proper drainage and a level finish
- Worked in tandem with the client’s interlock contractor to integrate the new asphalt flush against freshly installed pavers
This close coordination meant the fresh asphalt and new interlock blended perfectly, creating a smooth transition from the driveway through the check‑in plaza.
